Maxpedition Grimloc


This is a kind of locking D-ring made to be semi-permanently attached to webbing.

I think it's very practical that it is in itself attached to your backpack, belt or whatever.



Even though the pin may look like it, they aren't designed to be pushed closed, the button has to be pressed.

To me they've been pretty durable, but they're on purpose not made to support heavy loads. Sold in packs of four which isn't surprising as you will probably need a few since they aren't meant to be quickly moved from one attachment point to another. The advantage is that you don't easily misplace them...

On most webbing it's easy to attach, but for some reason it takes a bit of work on Maxpedition packs because they use thick material.
