SwedeTech ceramic vegetable knife

This is my SwedeTech #3006 vegetable knife, which I've had several months now. I like it a lot and will probably get another ceramic knife made by them. And this time it won't take 11 years between ceramic knives.

It's very sharp and works very well on vegetables of all kinds I use as food. The feeling when cutting is a bit different from a steel knife, but it's hard to describe in words. 

For once, I haven't weighed and measured it myself, so here's the basic date from the manufacturer's web site:

Overall length: 278 mm

Blade length: 160 mm

Blade thickness: 2.2 mm
Weight 0.111 kg.

Blade material: ZrO₂.
