...four ferrets were walking around in about 2 cm of water, on every floor, and the ceiling and roof looked like this. Had to move out, of course. Was never compensated by the landlord and he actually gave my apartment to someone else.
So I and my ferrets had to stay with my parents for a while:
Insurance company moved all my stuff and had it stored until I found somewhere else to live:
