This is a house brand chocolate. It comes in several patterns. I choose this as it looks nice. But it's not made to break it into pieces. Surprisingly for what's presumably premium chocolate this one doesn't say which type of beans it's made of. Could mean it's made from whatever, but I didn't ask. Not much, if at all, better than what you find for about half the price.
